Habit Savvy (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a mobile application owned and operated by Squeakbyte LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use the Habit Savvy mobile application (the “App”).

a. User Data (via SwiftData + CloudKit)
Your habit data (e.g., habit name, completions, streaks, notification preferences, etc.) is stored securely in your private iCloud database using Apple’s CloudKit. This data is private and only accessible to you—it is not shared with us or others.
b. Purchase Data (via RevenueCat)
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
RevenueCat collects anonymized purchase history and subscription status tied to your Apple ID (but not your actual identity).
This information helps us determine your access to premium features.
c. Notifications (via OneSignal)
We use OneSignal to deliver push notifications, such as habit reminders.
OneSignal collects:
A device token to send notifications.
Notification interaction data (e.g., if the notification was opened).
You can opt in or out of notifications at any time in your device settings.
d. Analytics (e.g., Mixpanel)
We may collect anonymous usage data using third-party analytics (e.g., Mixpanel) to:
Understand how users interact with the app.
Prioritize and improve features.
Identify bugs and crashes.
Analyze usage patterns to improve the product.
This data is aggregated and cannot be used to personally identify you.
You can opt in or out of analytics tracking at any time in the settings page of the app.
e. Cloudflare Workers
We use Cloudflare Workers for secure backend tasks (e.g., scheduling push notifications, securely deleting user data).
Minimal, non-personal information passes through Cloudflare and is never stored.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Enable habit tracking and reminder features.
Manage and validate premium subscriptions.
Send helpful notifications.
Improve app performance and stability.
Ensure secure backend operations.
3. Data Security
All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections.
Personal habit data is stored in your private iCloud account, not on our servers.
We follow industry best practices for encryption and data access controls.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We share data only with essential third-party services that help power the app:
Apple (CloudKit/iCloud)
RevenueCat
OneSignal
Cloudflare
Mixpanel or similar analytics provider
Each provider has its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
Your habit data remains in iCloud until you delete the app or manually remove your iCloud records.
Subscription data is retained by RevenueCat based on their retention policy.
Notification and analytics data follow the retention schedules of OneSignal and Mixpanel.
You can delete your habit, subscription, and notification data at any time via the app’s Settings screen.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access, update, or delete your personal data.
Opt-out of analytics and push notifications.
Request deletion of purchase-related data.

Habit Savvy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications, our website, or email (if available).
Continued use of the app after changes are published means you accept the updated policy.
